5 Manhattan West is a 15-story office tower located at Manhattan West unlike any in Manhattan, with floorplates over 110,000 sq ft and soaring ceiling heights. Redevelopment is currently underway making this Manhattan’s most modern building. Redevelopment includes 80,000 sq ft of new on-site retail, dining, and lifestyle amenities.

For this project, elas helped testing contractors provide reinforcing steel inspections at the first floor slab reinforcement, as well as ultrasonic testing and steel shop inspections. They performed concrete compression and laboratory testing.
